Our training programmes address practical management and team development issues, each specifically tailored to the needs of your organisation (and your participants) in terms of their aims, content, length and structure. The scope is wide and includes manager and senior manager development, effective team working, communication skills, personal management and using the Myers Brigg Type Indicator to identify your own and othersí personality types.

Within these categories specific course subjects range from effective leadership and management and motivating and managing others to dealing with conflict within and between teams and developing self confidence. Each can be delivered either as a stand alone programme, or as part of a consultancy project.
